Made a carryout order of 4 pizzas, philly cheese steak and parmesan bites. So where were the pepperoni on here? No where to be... found on the two slices eaten. Called the store and were hung up by MOD, a dude named Chris and three more calls were quicklyhung up. this dominos used to be pretty good, but I am currently sitting outside on hold trying to cancel my order after waiting for over... an hour. I don't even want the pizza at this point. Edit: When they finally answered, I asked to cancel my order and the ladysaid "all orders from now on will be canceled, if you ordered online I'll give you a refund" and hung up. didn't even ask myorder number and I haven't been refunded. By far the worst managed pizza shop in Johnson county. The assistant manager I?m assuming who is named Jennifer screamed at me... for asking a question about why my online order was stuck at prep after 30 mins after ordering it and then she hung up on meafterwords. If you have Jennifer preparing your order after you order it online cancel it Immediately because they are supermiserable and lazy at this location but chose to keep working there lol Read more
Last week I ordered pizza for delivery. Estimated 36 minutes. I got a call about 10 minutes before the expected time and they... told me my order was going to be about another hour. Okay. No problem. My husband can wait. Two hours go by and he finally getsthe order. I placed an order today for a medium thin crust with cheese, medium pepperoni, and the Parmesan twists with cheesymarinara dip. Placed the order at 4:30 to pick up at 8:30. I sit in curbside for 25 minutes before a woman walks out with myorder. I get home, to find that my pizza had no sauce, and my cheesy marinara dip was burnt to the pan cheese with no sauce. Icall and wait 20 minutes for someone to pick up. I explain the situation and asked to have a credit so I can order it next time.The man on the phone said sure and that I was all set. Never once asked for my phone number or the name on my account. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! If I could give 0 stars, I would. Honestly, even negative stars. I have tried to order from here on 3... separate occasions and every single time my order got cancelled; they call and say they either 1) can't take my payment afteralready charging me 2) they have a 2-3 hour wait so I should cancel. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but will notbe trying another time. Not once have I gotten an actual order or had a good experience with one of their employees. I have alsobeen charged with no refund and tried to go through the store and the corporate office and neither helped so I had to mark it asfraudulent with my bank. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY. Love the pizza, unfortunately I'm asked to cancel my order every other week(we order every week) because they are busy, and I've... waited 3 hours for it to be made. This time, I ordered 3 1/2 hours in advance for a pickup, but the manager canceled my orderbecause I couldn't answer my phone when they called 10 minutes before pickup. I arrived for my pickup order to find out that the system had cancelled it. And the Manager was quick to respond to the problem.... Further because of my inconvenience, they prepared my exact order and delivered it to me in just fifteen minutes, to my truck atno cost. It was hot, delicious and totally free as compensation for my inconvenience!
