The fact that my kids end up asking to go here is a testament to how good the food is because going through the drive through... takes almost literally forever. Our very unscientific unit of measure is 16 minutes per car ahead of us. Not as accurateprobably as the metric system, but is helpful for us on a Friday night after a football game. I LOVE FREDDY'S STEAK BURGERS!! So good, always, never have a complaint. This visit, we went through the drive thru, and we have... the same level of service at the drive thru as a dine-in customer. I go here frequently. Some of the workers know me, ask me about my kids & pets if they are missing & it is one of the reasons I... go back often. I have not had a negative interaction ever. I have seen the employees be patient & kind at some of the mosttrying times. There's been a couple times things have been missing, they have gone above what other places do when I've had thesame thing happen. They do pup cups too! Don't know what else I could want. ???? The food is good and our family really enjoys it. The meat packs a punch in flavor (and I?m guessing protein, they?re quite... filling). My kids are big eaters and yet rarely do they finish their meals. My husband who is a very tall, large man is fullwith a meal and an extra sandwich (and perhaps even without the extra sandwich). We pay about the same range as we would atsimilar places. Staff are friendly and surprisingly accurate (we?ve never had a wrong item and customized items are always onpoint). Overall we love it here. If there is any complaint is about the infrastructure of the island ledge next to the drivethru. I once tried to pull out of the drive-thru to park in the parking lot next to it and drove over a ledge that pulls out waytoo far. Today another car in front of us did the same. By the looks of the many scratches and tire marks, I am guessing lots ofback bumpers and tires have gotten damaged while pulling out. Please fix this!
