The food was hot and correct, exactly what you hope to get when you order... but the staff is the shining star here. This store is absolutely a train wreck! Was there last Sunday and was stuck in the drive thru for almost a half hour! Against my... better judgement I went back to the store today and was again in the drive thru for over a half hour again. When we got to thepick up window we were given the wrong drink and asked to pull forward which we did and waited another 15 min until finally Igot out and went in to ask if they forgot about us and was told they only have 1 cook. I don't know which McDonald's this is but The 1 on 75th and neiman those people are rude. The girl hands me my drink and just... says here. The staff was nice. We went inside to eat. I was able to order our food and an ice cream. They held the ice cream until we were... done with our meal. Which I really appreciated since my child would rather eat the ice cream before he finished his food. I wasvery happy with my visit. Read more
This location and the folks that work here are among my favorite. The staff are always helpful and quick. I don?t think I?ve... ever been asked to wait longer than the usual times. The restaurant and restrooms were absolutely immaculate. The service was outstanding, all staff was wonderful and outgoing.
