So greasy and mushy. Barely edible. So disappointing.
Let me start this off by saying this is by far the worst experience. I almost didn't take the pizzas. Manager or owner of this... store, please don't allow edible food to be delivered in a car that is doing it right now. Look in the back, he parked across adriveway from me and could still see literal trash piled up in the back seat. BTW the guy got out and guess where he puts hispizzas to be delivered?? Yep went and got it out of his back seat. I am never ordering pizza from this store again, you shouldcheck my account I buy alot from there. I made a call for delivery. Not only they took an hour for a 20 to 30 minute estimate delivery, but they didn't bring it to the... building I reside and left without me getting my food . I called and it look like the people that work there, they do not careat all, the tone in which they speak or answer is unprofessional, no customer care at all. I do not recommend this place atall. Save your money for other chains that have a better practice or communication skills. Read more
I?m always skeptical about ordering ?fast food? since I work in food myself. I encourage the managers to go and check day dots... and expiration dates as the pizza I received today has made me ill. It?s ingredients were garlic parm sauce, chicken, bacon,sausage, and onion. Read more
I picked up curbside and got there a few minutes early and texted that I had arrived. I waited nearly 10 minutes for them to... bring my order out to my car. I live 5 blocks away so it only takes a couple minutes to get home. The pizza was warm but hadobviously been sitting a while before being brought out to me. The pan pizza was still ok but the thin pizza sucked. Read more
The pizza was done well and done timely. However, the front door said masks are required, and only one employee was wearing a... mask. I know that they aren?t required by the city in which this restaurant is located in. But it would be nice if the employeeswould wear them while cooking/serving the food for carryout. Read more
There is one manager I believe there that always helps me at the front desk, I do not remember her name for the life of me but... she?s always on her feet working to help everyone and goes out to curbside pick up to update customers etc. She is the reason Icome to this Pizza Hut because they don?t deliver to my apartment and I do not like to go out if I don?t absolutely have to butshe makes all the difference! The pizza and wings are also is always great here I never have had any issues. It can be a littlenight and day when she isn?t working - but I?ve only had to experience that one time. Read more
The baked food made by this chain technically fulfills society's informally agreed-upon definition of pizza, but does so without... giving a scintilla more in quality or abundance or care than it has to. This is what happens when marketers and financiers areput in charge of turning food into a bottomless quest for profit maximization: corners are cut and quality is sacrificed, withsolid execution on the basics replaced by gimmicks like "stuffed crust." I don't need gimmicks--I need a good-tasting pie withgenerously proportioned ingredients (the presence of red sauce is virtually undetectable) and attention to flavor.
