Fries and sandwich were luke warm (3rd and last time for me). Fries were not in any kind of container. Just thrown in the bottom... of the bag and crushed with the sandwich. Got sweet tea instead of unsweetened I ordered. Also got the wrong sauce. To top itoff it was "correct change or credit card only". Why would any company immediately give up a 1-3% to a credit card company if itcould be avoided? Read more

I love the food but man the service needs a lot of work. Everytime I try to get food the dine in is typically closed and the... drive thru is backed up and won't move for long length of time. Pay your employees more if you are having a hard time findinghelp. You will make your money back in minutes of the evening hours here. Absolutely ridiculous, can you at least give theoption for me to fry my own food back there since working isn't something they set out to do here? Read more
If not for the love of their fried chicken I would give this brand a bad review. It's not my first time accidentally eating... chicken feathers at a fast food but I hope they can minimize the issue or at least make sure the feathers is fried real goodthat I wouldn't notice. I was chewing the chicken skin and felt like I was eating a paper but it was a feather, swallowed some.Overall though I still love Popeyes. I think the drive thru could be optimized a bit better as it often spills into the road. The food though is excellent. I've... ordered from there a few times already, and usually I order before hand to get the specials and what not . There spicy chickensandwich is still the best of any fast food restaurant. I like Popeye's but this location is so slow they struggle to take orders and fill the orders. Also I tried the new chocolate... "beignets". I have been to New Orleans, I love beignets, this sir is not a beignet. Read more
