DO NOT COME TO THIS SONIC LOCATION no joke you will be waiting for your food for at least 30 minutes. I love sonic but this... location is a mess and needs corporate to step in. Big promotions like 50 cent corn dog day will leave customers waiting in thedrive thru and stalls for 30+ minutes, the employees pretty much stop taking orders and just leave customers waiting. I would have given 5 stars, but they substituted one of their ice cream dipped onion rings for the onion straws that are... supposed to be on a chophouse cheeseburger. Their onion rings are way too sweet, and it ruined the burger completely for me. Itwas hot and fresh, though. Read more
Frank is the best! You don't often see sonic employees on skates anymore but this man is dedicated! In addition to upholding the... classic image of Sonic, Frank goes above and beyond! I don't know why sonic got rid of the patty melt. Thanks to Frank I canstill have my favorite sonic sandwich whenever I want. Make sure to show Frank some love for me! Read more
This is my second time with same experience at the same Sonic. Thought last time was just a fluke but guess not. What's the... point in notification on the screen saying the food is on the way out & 30 min later you're still waiting? Pressed red button 2xto ask what's taking so long & told both times food is coming & still haven't seen it. In the meantime, stall next to me has haddifferent car in there 3x. I won't be back. ** Update - finally got my food 55 min after I ordered!!!!!! I was told that myorder had just been sitting inside and the girl that initially brought it out took it to the wrong stalls and then took it backinside. Don't know why they didn't figure that out until the 3rd time I called in!!!! Read more
If i could leave 0 stars i would. This is the first time ive ever left a bad review anywhere, but im appalled that any employee... would look at this and think its okay to serve. I bit into a hotdog that could be sold as a stick of jerky. Yikes Read more
I had such a craving for sonic the other day so I went here for lunch. I had been to I think all of the other nearby locations... THIS store was absolutely amazing. Blew everyone else out of the water. The person taking my order was super nice and witty. Anymodification or change by me was treated like it was their pleasure to accommodate. Then the food. It was as perfect as thepictures. Sauce wasn't running all over the place and it really looked like they put their all into their work. Can't wait to goback. Read more
Usually a nice location to go to. More often than not, the food is hot, fresh and comes out in a decent time. Kudos But I... will complain today.. you can tell when the adults are working and when the teens are.... I waited about 10 minutes for mymeals. I get home and find that my fries are old, dehydrated, cold and stale. I'm sure I could find fries under my car seatwith better quality. I was waiting at the window for about 10 min.... you could have at least threw on some fresh fries. Mydog thanks your for her treats... the stale fries. ???? This is not the first time this location has sent me off with undercooked food and I keep thinking it will be different. It's... not. I just got a small giant popcorn chicken for $5 and 3 of the 5 pieces were clearly stuck together in the fryer, and theother 2 small pieces that looked cooked were cold in the center. $5 here, $15 dollars there.. you can make people sick. This isnot even close to ok and someone needs to step in and fix this problem with this location. Would give zero stars if possible. Read more
