Consistantly terrible service. Always out of something basic on the menu or unable to complete a simple order. I am always mad... at myself for thinking "this time will be better" cause it never is. I need to order encheritos online only? But you have theingredients there....but you cant make it unless I order online? Be better Taco Bell. Or just close the location and admitdefeat. Read more

I'm an understanding guy. However, the doors are never open during the posted hours and it takes a good half hour to 45 minutes... to get your food in the morning. My recommendation is to not accept online orders until you can fulfill them. If you have astaffing problem which is understandable in these times, then change your hours to those that are covered by staff. UPDATE: Iwas told that they don't have to open the lobby until 10 AM. So, next time I'll try at 10 AM. As of now, I ordered online at 813AM and have been waiting an hour for my order. Rudy the GM gave me a $15 voucher for waiting. Thanks. Owners have tounderstand that no one will work for peanuts any longer. Step up or shutdown. Young people deserve better. Read more
Pulled up at 7:10am the sign outside says they're open, Google says they're open, but doors are locked, noone picking up the... phone and noone answering the drive through. Read more
I pull up to the drive thru regularly and sit for several minutes and realize no one is going to take my order lol. They aren?t... open during posted hours. When they are open, they?re out of a lot of stuff and/or don?t get orders right. Read more

Slop on a tortilla. I was there tonight at Friday Night Rush Hour, and there was not one person there. no one in the line and... not one car parked.. That should have been my first red flag.. They made me a burrito supreme that had no beans, no meat, andno sour cream that I could find on it when I opened it. See pic below. It was nothing but slop on a tortilla. Absolutely nasty.I had to throw this $4.57 burrito away in the trash. The first time I drove through when they first opened, they said theycould not take any orders because their computers were down. Today I went through and they said they did not have time to makethis cinnamon Crispers, but there was no one in the parking lot and no one in the Drive-Thru. When I got to the window and askedhim why didn't they make some since there was no one even there at rush hour on Friday night? He just stared at me rudely anddid not answer for a pregnant pause. Probably he said because the ovens were not working. Someone spent a $1 million buildingthis beautiful new building, but they put smoke black windows on it and the doors are locked. You cannot seem to get half of theitems on the menu, so it looks very ominous about what is actually going on inside this dark-looking hole.
