The food was just okay. The pansit was very delicious but I feel with so many menu items it leaves many dishes to be lacking.... Some dishes are awesome and a lot more are just okay. The soups lacked a lot of flavor. Read more

Vegetable soup (not pictured) was good egg roll was good the general chow sauce on the chicken was good. The rice flavor was mid... and the chicken was a either a little too cooked that it was chewy or it was old and reheated. Read more

Great restaurant. Just one of those typical restaurant that serves great American-Chinese food. The only concern is the tables,... every time I go, I get a wobbly table. However, that?s fine because I usually get takeout. Read more

Terrible service. Came in with family to get a decent meal after a long day. The food was delivered well and cooked decently.... Unfortunately, the service was severely lacking. Waitress never asked to provide beverages and when we did ask for drinks to beprovided, the waitress snapped at us and said she?s too busy to deal with us and yelled this across the restaurant. We got fedup and grabbed the drinks ourselves from the drink fountains. Another table was requesting soy sauce, a minor request and againthe same waitress snapped at them to get it themselves so they went and grabbed it from behind the counter in the front next tothe cashier area. We observed this same waitress ignoring customers for follow up service and would snap at them for asking forservice. At time of payment, the manager was initially arguing that tip had to be included, and we argued back that there wouldbe no tip since there was no service and rude service at that. The waitress came and again was yelling back that there?s camerasand kept repeating this as if that mattered or would scare us about telling the truth. I also had to dispute charges for drinksand food that was never served or brought to us, further reducing an incorrect bill. The manager said and did nothing of theantics of the waitress as she sat laughing and continuously being rude to the other customers within the restaurant. Since wehad broke the silence on the callous acting of the waitress, other customers followed suit to explain the lack or rude servicethat was displayed by this same waitress. I usually get carry out from this place and after today that will most likely continuesince the manager can only control the food and not the staff of her establishment. Read more

2 stars for the good service, clean environment and quick food delivery. However, the food was lacking in flavor like to they... point it was tasteless. ???? I thought it was just mine and then tasted my husband's and realized it was both plates. Weactually took the plates to-go and ate somewhere else. Presentation was nice and the egg rolls were good Read more

I'm VERY picky when it comes to food quality and freshness. I tried this place for the 1st time and I was surprisingly & very... impressed. I ordered the cashew chicken and shrimp spring rolls. The chicken, veggies, and even the cashews all tasted fresh. Noweird old re-heated after taste. The spring rolls were stuffed with whole shrimps and crisped to perfection, not stale or soggybut perfectly crunchy. I've found my go-to whenever I'm craving Asian/Chinese cuisine. Kudos to all the cooks there, you allare doing an amazing job with the food. Keep it up ??? Read more

I went for a late lunch at 3:05 pm at Chopsticks on 495 and Shary in Mission. We walked in and sat ourselves. I noticed the... decor was pretty plain, I thought the neon beer signs were out of place, even more so because they were not turned on. Honestly, they actually looked like they didn't even work. We received our menus and ordered tea. Good tea I have to say. The menu statedthat the lunch specials end at Three and the dinner specials start at Three. Not much of a price difference between the two, weopted for the specials. I was with a long time friend, and He ordered the Shrimp and Cashews, I ordered the Chicken and Greenbeans. The special comes with choice of rice, soup, and an egg roll. He asked for hot and sour, I asked for egg drop, we bothordered fried rice. The soup came out first, then shortly after the food came out pretty quick, like it was already pre- madequick. The rice didn't smell fresh, and I could tell it was not cooked to order like a good fried rice should be. I'm sure itwas steamed rice with soy sauce stirred into it to give it the appearance of fried rice. Overall, I thought the food was lackingtrue Asian flavors. I tried my friend plate, he had ordered it spicy, and that's all I really tasted was the Chile sauce thatwas used. I was disappointed to say the least, and won't be going back. P.S. no fortune cookies either Read more
