Very disappointed with Domino's #9411 today. If I could give a negative star, I would. We've ordered from them since they... opened. We ordered today, since my son wanted Domino's pizza. It took over 1 1/2 hours for them to start the delivery. And thenit was delivered to the wrong house....reason was that it was prepaid and left there since it was accepted (apparently, notverified). Don't waste your money on sandwiches with no meat!! Poor management did nothing about two strips of chicken in sandwich! First... and last time we go! Dirty restroom, stains in kitchen and dining unclean! Read more

We are regular customers at this dominos store. Today June 1, 2022 we ordered our regular 3 meat pizza at around 7:15 brought it... home, started eating when my 8 yr old finds a burnt fly on her slice. Returned the pizza. All the employee said, we can remakeyour pizza and give you a refund. I just took the refund. So disappointed we weren't even offered an apology for their mess.Very disappointed since we were a regular customer. Very bad customer service. Read more

Ordered online and received the order fast, only thing was my daughter found a hair in a wing. No the hair wasn't ours because... the hair was tangled into the wing. It was very disappointing because we order constantly and had never had an issue. Called inand spoke to a manager which I didn't get his name because of how upsetting it was. He was very polite and really listened andresponded to the issue w an apology and with commenting he will speak w his employees to rectify this. Now because of covid andit being my child who was going to eat this was the reason that I was upset. We trust that when we order our food will behandled w and in sanitary conditions. I decided not to call corporate bc like I said I'm a reg customer and I know ppl makemistakes but next time I will take my money elsewhere. Thank you to the manager who handled this because the girl who answeredsounded very rude screaming that someone wanted to speak to a manager. Appreciate it. Stay safe. Read more
