Took over 20 minutes for them to make mexican tacos and chips and queso and there isnt any customers and cook is just playing... around with the two workers. He is just talking and you could literally see him spiting as he is talking. Last time i comehere!! I already took pics and videos im about to sue this place this is ridiculous???? Read more
We phone ordered our tacos,once we got there we were told to wait, there wasn't any vehicles but we did. Once we got to the... window we were not given our tacos. We were there waiting and waiting and waiting and finally we asked what the hold up was. Shewas talking to someone. She then proceeded to give us the tacos but again had us waiting for our coffee. Again she was talkingto someone. As we are ready to leave ,we had to remind her of our cream and sugar for our coffee, the sauce for our tacos andasked for more than the two napkins for our 7 tacos we had ordered. Ironically as I was getting the hot coffee placed in mycupholder and tacos in my area, she opens the window and tells me to move. Unbelievable! This place has gone south!!! The food is so sub par. I'd rather eat at La pulga for breakfast than here. Raw potatoes, over... cooked eggs, soggy toast; everything is bad. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. Read more
I ordered by phone ???? and they took my ordered five tacos 3 beef bean and cheese and 2 bean and cheese and I was so happy... because I love El Pato restaurant but this is my second time coming to this restaurant messing up on my order I understand thatit was lunch hour and it can be busy but it?s not excuse going back to return the tacos and then they take almost an hour to geta reorder just because the staff messes up and I get home and I open up my tacos and they mess up again like really don?t theywant me to come back to their business or what they didn?t even offer and free drink for messing up on the first place I?m justnot going to place anymore I would give them a star but it?s not worth giving them it I?m just very disappointed in therestaurant and the nastiest taco they give me all dry and it suppose to be beef bean and cheese it looks all dry not even mydog wanted to eat it of how bad service was it Read more
It took 20 minutes for staff to realize they had lost my order. Was asked to see my receipt. Got my order back 5 minutes after... that. Luckily, establishment pets kept my family and I company. Much left to be desired. Especially cleanliness if roaches arethis bold in daylight. Read more
