I usually go to the Edinburg location but decided to come to this one instead. The staff was as friendly as can be counting I... went in 30 minutes before closing. December 10, 2022 at 8:50, I went to place an order #17 & 56. Hostess proceeded to say ?sorry put our grill is being cleaned.... You can order from our cold ???? subs menu.? The person at the grill continue cleaning the grill an ignored us completely.However, if we wanted a cold ???? sub I could?ve ordered elsewhere. Also, I?m not asking for free subs. I?m paying for it.Really disappointed at the staff and how this was handled. I drove to far for this service. Why do you bother to stay open until9pm if you?re closing the grill. That is not professional, sorry but I can?t comment and your food because your employees madesure not serve what we wanted on what your menu has. Also, this the second time it?s happened.
