Food has always been good, this time I tried a different Pho and it was pretty good. service is fast and good too.
They brought out our order and we noticed they didn?t put the potatoes we asked for them and they were cold!!!! I told the lady... that it?s ridiculous how this LA is always making mistakes and it?s going down. I asked for a refund but I still wanted to talkto the manager just not in the store for respect so no one would hear. So I called 1 min after I left and the lady in the fronttold me the manager wasn?t there when I had just seen Him 1 min ago. She hung up on me. I ended calling again and Ron (themanager) answered after she said he had ?wasn?t there? And I let him know everything that was going on and I told him it used tobe better but no it?s always something with them my order is wrong or the girls over charge or they have an attitude.
