Food has always been good, this time I tried a different Pho and it was pretty good. service is fast and good too.
They brought out our order and we noticed they didn?t put the potatoes we asked for them and they were cold!!!! I told the lady... that it?s ridiculous how this LA is always making mistakes and it?s going down. I asked for a refund but I still wanted to talkto the manager just not in the store for respect so no one would hear. So I called 1 min after I left and the lady in the fronttold me the manager wasn?t there when I had just seen Him 1 min ago. She hung up on me. I ended calling again and Ron (themanager) answered after she said he had ?wasn?t there? And I let him know everything that was going on and I told him it used tobe better but no it?s always something with them my order is wrong or the girls over charge or they have an attitude. Spent almost $300 for me to get sick from the shrimp, went back and took food, the stupid cashier just called the manager and... he didnt want to work anything out, it couldve ended really bad for me if i didnt get medical attention on time, DONT BUY THEIROLD RAW SHRIMP, SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! they dont care , only money hungry!! just lose a good customer Read more
Never ever order to go. I keep forgetting how horrible it is but, it?s the closest thing to Lotus seafood in Houston we can get.... I?ve had a few mix up orders but the wait for a to go order has to be the biggest problem. This will be the last time we gohere. This time I ordered over the phone at 7:15 and did not receive my food till after 8:15. I ONLY ORDERED RICE AND IT TOOKOVER AN HR. My rice was somehow a combination of over cooked and undercooked.
