For being there for the first time, I loved it! I was looking for a place with some brisket and was recommended by a friend.... Wow!! The brisket sandwiches were awesome. Tried as well some other items from the menu and everything was good. The owner(Jaime) was very helpful and listened on what I wanted and suggested sides that would make me enjoy my meal. The staff was veryhelpful and friendly as well. Highly recommend the place for their air condition dine in and outside seating area when cooloutside. We'll be going back soon to try the ribs. ???? There are some places where you can tell the owners have poured their hearts, soul and sweat into them. This is one of those... places. My boyfriend got the brisket sandwich, and I ordered the half-chicken. The brisket was tender and flavorful from themesquite used to cook it. The chicken, too, was moist and a lot bigger than I expected. It was our first time going, but wereally enjoyed the layout and cleanliness of the indoor and outdoor dining areas. Loved this place. I had tried them years ago in their food truck format, elsewhere. And liked them then too. But this new... establishment looks good on them. The food and service are awesome. I enjoyed everything we tried, and now I look forward toreturn and try other things. If I can give them more starts I would. Hope they continue to do well and expand. Need morebrisket in my life! Y?all. Hidden gem!! I got the brisket sandwich and Mac and cheese and it was all so good, I am honestly contemplating getting... back in line to get something else!! A friend got the brisket fries and the brisket Mac and both were stellar! Definitelyrecommend! Also, the staff is SO so welcoming. They have come check on us so often making sure we are good!
