Slow and barely any customers in the place and they have the drive thru people just sitting there while their food is just... sitting inside...how do I know? I came inside. This is a Whataburger you are forced to come to because it's in theneighborhood. Always terrible service Read more

When my order came in first thing I saw was my onion rings were halfway empty, I went and told one of the workers which I... believe was the manager, he said he will get me another order, it's been 15 minutes and am still sitting here waiting for myonion rings, I already ate my burger about to walk out without my onion rings, only ate the 4 onion rings they gave me in thehalf empty box. Took very long to get our food, the cashier kept trying to give us the wrong order. Finally got our food, there was a dark hair... in my burrito. I threw it out immediately and realized I should've taken a picture. But this whataburger definitely does notwear hairnets. Read more

Doing better than before. Frys are still a joke. Always short on the amount, come on they are potatoes. Dirt cheap. Especially... in the AM do not expect anything but cold half full fries. Just an FYI. Perhaps there is a potato shortage...probably not. Read more

I used the drive thru for my order which was a number 1 all the way with no cheese on toasted buns. The lady repeated the order... back to me then asked what I wanted to drink and I told her a Dr Pepper and she could swap the fries with onion rings and add ajalapeño on the side. I drove up to work Dow easily since there was only 2 cars waiting and one was leaving as I was pulling upto the drive thru window. The lady was getting my drink ready and asked for my name, I told and then asked for the money of$11.42 for the order. I gave her $12.00 and got the change back but no receipt. I guess that is expected was this whataburger. Ithen pulled up to wait for my order. I waited for about 10-15 minutes and then got my order. I drove home and noticed my orderwas incorrect. I ended up with a regular toasted bread that looked like it needed to be toasted a bit more and a totallydifferent burger that I requested. I called whataburger and asked for the manager. I talked to a Robert whom later said he wasactually Diego. He said he would replace my meal but yo drive the 8 miles back for a mistake they did and it being almost 10:30pm I just deflated. What a way to finish off the day and end up with a dinner that was given to me by mistaken order. Whatridiculous service this place offers. Never again will I make this mistake. What a waste of money on my behalf and for trustingthis establishment of getting my order correct even after they confirmed it. Thank you Robert/Diego, whatever your name is! Read more

Dine in is great but when you order to go from this location always make sure everything you asked for is correct before you... leave. I think they know someone isn?t going to drive all the way back for wrong drinks and stuff added to a burger that youdidn?t want. It seems to be a regular occurrence and a go to response of ?bring it back and we will fix it?, no get it right thefirst time! Read more

Horrible service I ORDERED 2 KIDS CHEESEBURGERS PLAIN AND DRY AND THE GUY ARGUES WITH ME SAYING I ORDERED IT WRONG MY KIDS FRIES... WERE THROWN IN THE BAG UPSIDE DOWN THE GUY DIDNT GIVE US ENOUGH CUPS MY MILKSHAKE WAS OVERFLOWING OUT OF THE CUP ITS HORRIBLETHE EMPLOYEES ARE YELLING AND LAUGHING AND THATS BECAUSE ITS NOT EVEN THAT BUSY employees are just standing around while thetables are really dirty. For not having a line today thru drive thru it was rather slow. The fries were stiff and could of used a reheat or better yet... fresh fries. The burger was ehh. Asked for extra ketchup for 3in total.. Smh Read more
