Horrible location!! Last time they took 40 minutes to give us our wings when we called in ahead of time. The most recent time we... went ( 11/26/2022) I called to order at 11:35 pm and they had so me holding for 4 almost 5 minutes. I was already making my wayto wing stop when they refused to answer. I get there and they refused us service, even though they would?ve been done if theywould?ve answered the phone. Mind you they close at 12 am and we got there at least 20-25 minutes before closing ( mind you thisis after I had tried to call ahead of time and they didn?t answer). This location has the worst management. Manager Yamilex (so she said on the phone) needs to be retrained. I let her know that... they always get my order wrong or something is always missing. Her response ?Well then maybe you should go somewhere else.? Howis she even allowed to be in charge?? I became very frustrated and ended up cursing ????. It should not get to this point offrustration. She said I had to go back and pick up what was missing from my order that day because I wouldn?t be able to getcredit at another time. Also, Coke machine had no drinks when I got there for my order. I submitted a complaint on theirofficial website. I couldn?t find an 800 number. Read more

Really bad customer service. I ordered the 30 wings family pack and they were all thrown into 1 container and I ordered 3... diffrent flavors. I asked the cashier nicely if she can seperate the wings and she told me to do it on my own? How rude is thatin front of all the people. I asked her that if she could do it and she got another tray in front of me and just flipped thetray with the 30wings and poured half to the new tray..Wings were super dry. I asked the cashier Renee to add sauce and shecharged me extra????I ordered 5 large fries and they gave them to me like a regular fry size. I will never come back to thisplace ever in my life. Im going to take pictures of my food and upload it so you guys can see how my food was serve. I willdefinitely talk to her manager and I will call the 1800 number and give them my feedback. I am very disappointed with the Wingstop in Mission. Their employees screwed up our order due to their lack of attention. Either... way I called them to inform them. The gentleman who answered the phone address the situation in a condescending way. He statedlet me tell you I can do for you. Bring me the boneless wings back and I will give you the wings with bone. As if I am a liar orlike he is doing me a favor. Try getting my order correctly. After leaving partial of our wings at home so we can pick up ourproper order I get treated like our sale does not matter. Take in mind our meal is getting cold. Not only do the employees needproper management so does their manger Yesenia who addressed the situation poorly. A team is only as good as their leader. Withthat said hopefully they don?t plan on re selling second handed wings. Read more

I had placed a phone order on July 8 at 10:50 pm. I was told the order would be done in 20 minutes, so we took off from our home... in 22 minutes and got to the store 12 minutes after taking off. At about 11:34pm. We paid, we did NOT get a receipt and thoughtnothing of it. We got 3 drinks for the 3 combos that we had ordered, filled them up at the drink station, and took off home. Wehad one other personal stop before getting home, but as soon as we got home and opened our Wingstop bag of food, we noticed wewere missing one of our combos. Which were the Chicken Thigh Bites. We had ordered 3 combos in total: 8 piece Bone In Combo, 6piece Boneless Combo, and the Regular Chicken Thigh Bites Combo. We called the store back, but it was already a little pastmidnight and the store closes at 12am. Meaning we didn?t get an answer. I figured I?d just call the following day and hopefullyget a manager to help. I talk to the manager ?Hector?, but he wasn?t helpful at all.
