I am very disappointed with Chipotle Mission Hills because I worked for Chipotle myself for a year and half. I understand they... are closing in 2 hours, but I ordered Chicken Pollo, White Rice, Corn, Fajita, and Lettuce, and all i got was Chicken Pollo andWhite Rice. One of the Quasadills's were great, the other one was edible but pretty burned. Good salsa. Masks are required, and you need... proof of vaccination to eat indoors. Pleasant atmosphere and not to loud. Key pad on the bathroom, staff will give you the code. Read more

I had a burrito in a bowl. I was glad to see as ingredients got used quickly they replaced it just as fast. The guacamole is... very good and the chips were cooked to a good consistency. I would suggest if near this Chipotle stop in for a burrito that youchoose your own ingredients as they prepare it right in front of your eyes!! Don't forget the salsa! :) Read more

Everything was prepared competently. We ordered online so we wouldn't have to wait. I arrived at 7:15, right when the online... system said it was promised to be ready, but no dice. No burritos, either. Nobody had bothered to do anything about the order,though I watched as four other separate orders were picked up from remote orders. They offered me a drink for my trouble. Sooverall, not horrible, but what's the point of ordering online if I have to stand there and wait while it's prepared aftereveryone else in line as well as four other online orders? Didn't speed things up at all. Sounds have asked for free chipsinstead of the drink. The chips are really good. As for the rest of the food, it's always great. I did have another issue thistime, which is very unusual: there was a whole bay leaf in my burrito! I get those are for seasoning and all, but I think theycould at least be removed so I don't get a big leaf and its stem in my food. It probably sounds like I'm just angry and ranting,but no, despite all these things, I'd still go back! The food is that tasty. Be warned, it is pretty spicy, but that how ittastes best. Read more

This Chipotle location is really clean, and they do make the food very well. Probably like the other locations, the servings are... generous. I got a salad bowl and all the ingredients were well balanced. Definitely a nice location. Read more
