Hello Javier, can you please have better customer service. As a manager you are really cool guy since all your workers... apparently at 10:30 are doing nothing but being on their phones. I cannot believe how this location is still open. Javier nexttime help your customers and call your customer support center and cancel an order if customers cannot do it themselves. That iswhy I always choose Dominos pizza on Devonshire and Woodley. FYI Javier is the manager I believe in the evenings. Note to self: avoid this papa johns. Employees don?t wear gloves when making the pizza. Screw all that ?it?ll be cooked off in... the oven? mess. Invest in some compostable gloves, nationwide PJs Read more

Unbelievable. We waited over an hour for our pizza. Then I tried calling. Press 2 for ?order status?. Automated reply... ?minutes?. Tried calling again with new order. They have caller Id. So they kept hanging up on me. Had my Buddy call on hiscell. They pick right up. He inquired on our pizza. Put him on hold and hung up. Pizza arrived an hour and a half later. Very rude staff! I was actually yelled at by an employee to go outside because I didn?t hear him the first time. Not only that... but they aren?t consistent with the whole mask thing. I?ve been in this location several times with no mask and today I wasdisrespected in front of the entire staff. I asked another employee a question and he threw his hands at me. Horrible service, burned pizza. Every time I called to speak to a manager they hung up on me! I called 6 times, in attempt to... speak to a manager and they kept hanging up on me! I?ve never dealt with this type of service. In addition, the pizza smelled,it was burned, to top it off it wasn?t even cut, they can?t even get that right smh never again!! Read more

Be careful ordering pizza here. They took down my name phone number and my card info and acted like I didn?t order anything and... kept telling me and my husband to call the store number. I called and they hung up on me 6 times. I noticed the guy who answeredmy phone call was being shady and he was being shady when I ordered too. It sucks because my husband was there waiting for 30minutes just trying to pick up the pizza we purchased till finally he spoke with the manager at the store he demanded to speakto someone because they just kept hanging up on us. My husband even showed him my bank statement stating that they charged usand he acted like it wasn?t true he even told the manager that it was weird they didn?t have my number or name but they hadasked me for it when I ordered a couple of times. Not cool. This use to be a spot we liked not coming here ever again badcustomer service and shady people trying to get your information. Stay away from this place. Read more

Mask mandate ended in Los Angeles last week. Papa John's employees hadn't heard the news. We had to wait outside to get our... on-line order that was ready and sitting on the counter. Absolutely made no sense. P.S. pizza was good despite the service Read more

Worst customer service ever. Avoid this location by all means. I ordered for pickup online. It stated that it will take over an... hour and half after I placed my ordered which I understand they may have been busy. Tried calling to cancel my order for overhalf and hour but wasn't able to reach anyone. After 45 minutes of trying to cancel I had to drive down to cancel in person andI was greeted with an attitude by the manager. And they were getting many calls while i was there and they figured it was bestto not pick up any calls. Customer service here is terrible and they will never answer a phone call. Read more
