I ordered six drinks through uber, which included one white chocolate mocha frap. However, what I got was just plain white... chocolate not a hint of mocha. I have ordered from this place before so I just called to tell them of the mistake. Instead of apologizing they kept arguing that it wasn't suppose to have mocha despite it being in the name?!! This is a pretty good location. They aren?t usually busy, and they make your drink correctly. One time their cash registers were... down, but they still served everyone for free anyway! That was great. The staff is quite friendly also. Read more
I stopped by this Starbucks to get my wife her Blonde Vanilla Latte since I was across the street shopping at Vons. This... location has a small parking lot but you can also park on the street if there space. I parked across the street in the plazawhere Vons at. When I walked in, I was able to put the order in right away since they weren't busy. The person working thecashier was nice and the place is set up nicely if you want to stay there to work. My drinks did take a while to make eventhough it didn't look like they had much orders. There were like 7 employee behind the counter and they were just gossipingabout a co worker or someone else. I stood there watching them because I was waiting for my drink at the pick up area so I wasannoyed. After my drink was made, it just sat there because the person putting the lid and announcing the name was talking tothe person who made the drink. It wasn't my ideal situation but also not the worst I seen. They filled up the drink almost tothe top with little ice. Read more
