I always try to avoid this starbucks since they never have what I want to order available but today, 10/11/2022 I decided to... give it a try since it?s the closest one home but it was a total disappointment just like I thought it would be. I ordered acaramel Frappuccino and it seemed they made it with pumpkin spice instead of caramel syrup since it tasted just like pumpkin. Awaste of money and time. Never coming back here again. When you need coffee, you go here. It's usually very busy. Sometimes they don't have all the windows open so it takes a lot... longer to get your beverage. They also charged me a different price 2 different times. They are over priced, but I guess that'swhat happens when you're at disneyland! Read more

Good service. it?s just sometimes they run out of some choices of bread (they don?t have croissants sometimes) or like... strawberries in pink drinks (they still charge the same though) Or like today, kiwi starfruit and teas. Read more
I use to love coming to this Starbucks location up until about a month ago when they started making my drink wrong!! I always... order the same drink, grande ice caramel macchiato extra ice 4 SHOTS! The drink on the left is what they made today and thedrink on the right is the location on balboa? make it make sense! It?s irritating to not get your $6 coffee made right and thenwhen asked to remake it they give you attitude. Why?? You didn?t pay for my drink, I did!! Does that drink look like they put 4shots in it?? I don?t think so.. and I don?t understand how the same drink can be made so completely WRONG. Stop being lazyStarbucks and make the 4 espresso shots!
