Ive been there 20 minutes before closing and they don't care to turn ppl away. Nobody cares in this store. Also I come hours... before they close and they still turn ppl away saying the waiting time is 50 minutes!! (That happened today) and don't offer anyother explanation. Do not recommend at all. The last time I tried to come to Wingstop here, I didn't have a good experience since they closed early without any notice. This... time, my friends wanted to grab dinner here so I met up with them. I park in the back parking area because the front was toobusy. We dined inside so they ordered before me because they arrived earlier than I did. No one was working the cashier besidethe pickup area so I waited. People who came in to pick up their orders after me were helped before I was even helped. It tooklike 5 minutes for someone to realize I was waiting to order and then I was able to put in my order for the fries and soda. Ilike their soda machine because you can choose what flavors of a certain drink you want. I went with the cherry coke and it wasdelicious. My fries came out before my friends did and it was alright. Terrible experience here especially with the manager. This is a regular fries serving and he literally said they weight it to... 7oz. Where on the damn menu does it say they weight the fries. Terrible size serving and instead of saying ?let me fill yourfries the correct weight?she just said ok and walked away. Screw you wingstop. Stingy wing stop. And getto manager. Paying 4dollars for fries and this is what you get. Oh and they are under cooked as well. No type of customer satisfaction. Pretty muchall wingstops are the same cheap. We have eaten here twice and gotten a stomach virus from uncooked chicken flats. Do not eat here late at night. They would much... rather go home early than cook the food properly. Read more
Always order from this wingstop since I've found customer service better than others. Last time I was there I arrived and paid... for my phone order, my food should've been ready by the next 5 minutes but instead we waited an extra 30 minutes while our foodwas actually sitting on the rach with the rest of the orders ready for pick up. I approached the girl handing out the orderstrying to ask her about my order but she "shooed" me away, she didn't even take a second to look at my order or the name on it,as she saw me walking up to her she precipitated to say "no this is not your order" about an order she was going to hand out andmotioned me with her hand to move back. So we waited an extra 10-15 minutes until I guess she felt bad for us and asked me formy order name. That's when she realized our order had been sitting on the table, she tried going to her coworkers asking themabout my order trying to blame others acting pretty upset. By then it was all obvious so we asked for our money back and leftpretty disappointed. She could've taken a look at my order receipt at least, that's all it would've taken to avoid the wholesituation. Read more
if you want your wings perfectly coked this is the spot even though waiting times in this location are crazy, make sure that... when you order online or by phone, call the store before you head out to get your food, because if they say "your food will beready in 20min " what really means is 2 hsr. sometimes you just want your wings so bad that you are willing to wait but if youadd a little bit of attitude from the staff just because they are under pressure and they have so many orders makes you feellike you don't matter as a costumer Read more
