The store is now managed under private ownership. Since the new owners have taken over the establishment is not well maintained.... The soda fountains are always out of order and merchandise seems to vary and it's not very stable. Although the new owners arevery friendly and helpful the quality of this store has dropped significantly. Read more

This is a 7-Eleven with a 76 gas station. I use 76 gas because it is good gas and I get better milage. This store has a good... slection of snacks and cold drinks. Plus it has a very nice coffee bar to pour your own cup of different flavors of coffee. Theguys who work here are friendly and helpful. They always have a smile whenever I stop by. I've been to many 7-Eleven's in my lifetime. In general, the cashiers are robotic and non-caring. My experience in this store... was very different, very positive. There were two cashiers working... a young woman and a young man. I was greeted in agenuine fashion, and was asked if I needed help finding anything. I felt like a valued customer. Read more
This is one of the most customer-friendly and cleanist 7-Eleven stores in the area. They offer 76 Gas, but pricing is decent for... South Orange County. The only gas stations that beat their pricing is Costco and Arco (lines at Costco are super long and Arcogasoline is not very good so I?d rather just stop by here if I?m in the area). They are listed as 24 hours and it shows that the business even edited or confirmed this to be correct less than a week ago. No... idea why they would lie about their hours or what benefits they would get by claiming they are open 24 hours when they arenot. I drove here specifically because they are the closest that a re open and they are not. Doesn't make much sense. Prettypoor example of running a good business. If you're claiming you're open because your pumps are open you should notate that. Read more
