The employees closed 30 mins early on a Saturday night at 7:30 when the posted time on google and on site says 8:00. I asked... what time they closed and the girls working just giggled and said 7:30, and as I was walking away they whispered ?I told you so?to each other. All of the lights are on and the ingredients are still out and ready to serve. This is just bad customer serviceand poor business practices. This is my family?s favorite place to go for a pie because it?s so customizable and everyone can get a little bit of what they... want on their half of our pizzas. We always end up with very different styles of pizza which makes for great sharing and tryingnew things! My family got lunch from here today and I wanted to share our experience. The pizza was hot and very tasty. I got food across... the food court and I was finished eating before they even sat down with their food because the line was so long, the food tookso long to prepare, and took a while to cook the food. I'm under the impression that this would be the longest wait for any foodin the food court. I am with this restaurant because the food is very customizable and reasonable for anyone trying to eathealthier while still eating pizza. My wife and kids split a pizza which was nice that we could save money and not need to buytwo pizzas. Also, we got some cheese bread which is less expensive than ordering a cheese pizza. This pizza is very good forleftovers as well. Like all food these days it is fairly expensive for a single service so being able to eat it over two mealsmakes it more affordable. I do wish they had a wider variety of items for the pizza. We've been to several other build your ownpizza places and this place has the least amount of options. We still choose to eat at this restaurant whenever we are lookingfor pizza. Read more
