The absolute worst bartender I have ever seen. And the manager was absolutely unbelievably unaccommodating. I will never return... to this Buffalo wild wing location. It is the only one that has such an awful attitude towards your customers. Read more

The... claw machine has been out of service the last few times I was there (which is important to my 6 year old son). Very sportsoriented which is what I love about going here. This location is an embarrassment to the BWW brand. NFL Sunday, 10 minutes before the first wave of games I walk in and the guy... who?s the manager on duty tells me to leave as they don?t open until the games start. I?m the only person there and say theother locations in Irvine and Lake Forest open 30 minutes before the first games. His response: ?then you should go to one ofthose locations.? No wonder it was empty. I went to Lake Forest and got there just before the games started and there were 53customers already seated with food and drinks. I always try to give this place a chance, but the service is always slow. I came in today and got seated, and waited 20 or so... minutes with no one taking our order or asking for drinks.
