I love the teriyaki wings! I also love the nachos appetizer and fried mushrooms Good beer choices Services is pretty good. The... claw machine has been out of service the last few times I was there (which is important to my 6 year old son). Very sportsoriented which is what I love about going here. This location is an embarrassment to the BWW brand. NFL Sunday, 10 minutes before the first wave of games I walk in and the guy... who?s the manager on duty tells me to leave as they don?t open until the games start. I?m the only person there and say theother locations in Irvine and Lake Forest open 30 minutes before the first games. His response: ?then you should go to one ofthose locations.? No wonder it was empty. I went to Lake Forest and got there just before the games started and there were 53customers already seated with food and drinks. I always try to give this place a chance, but the service is always slow. I came in today and got seated, and waited 20 or so... minutes with no one taking our order or asking for drinks. Very poorly managed. There are many servers but only one was actually working, and not even knowing how to prioritize tasks... (cleaning one of the many dirty tables while let customers waiting for 20 mins after sitting down. And there were many cleantables ready for new customers to come in). This is a bad place to go spend your money, dirty tables, rude staff, disorganized, I don't recommend this place. I got a dirty... table, and ordered a chicken salad without utensils. Very disappointed with our visit. Our server wasn't the friendliest and literally rushed off every single time, so we couldn't... ask for anything we needed. Our salads took a while to come and only came after our main food. Not only did the salads comelate, but our salad dressings were messed up, but she kept insisting that *it was* the correct dressing, which it was not. Wealso never got our garlic toast that was supposed to come with our salad. We had to ask about it and they said it would be outin 30 seconds since they were grilling it (was way longer than 30 seconds, more like 15 minutes), but we finished our meal bythe time it came. The garlic toast wasn't even worth the wait. It literally tasted like microwaved white bread with oil onit. The food is mediocre at best. It was also very dark inside, not a great atmosphere.
