Take forever to give your food and still get in wrong. When you go through drive thru they make you park in front of restaurant... to wait for your food which the take very long or sometimes even forget that you are in parking lot waiting for your food. Read more
Beware , they never give you a receipt they don?t even ask and they never give you back your debit card . I was running late and... gave the lady who looks like a manager my debit card. She gave me all my things and sent me away. I came to relive she nevergame me my card back or receipt , called 3 times to the store . No answer !! I had to drive back 30 mins to the store andluckily she was still there !! Never a apology if anything she asked oh was that today confused until she open her register boxand saw it . Really makes me angry when employees arbitrarily decide to alter hours of a business. I?m sure someone just wanted to go home... early, but the early closing of the dine in hours meant that two packages I had delivered from Amazon couldn?t be picked up. I?mreporting this location to Amazon. You don?t deserve to have their lockers in your establishment if you?re going to pull thistype of behavior. 9:45 pm on a Friday night. Staying at the Fairfield Inn & went to Carl's Jr to buy the green burrito combo. I was told they don't sell it anymore, despite... the menu board showing it. I ended up buying a burger combo, & went to get my soda & found out that the machine was broken. Soda& water went all over the machine & my hands & clothes. I then sat down at a table & noticed food debris & trash on the floor,especially under the tables. Also, the clerk would not give me a senior or military 10% discount despite this being Carl's Jr policy. This is the worst Carl's Jr I've ever been to. Read more
Soda machine was not working so I ordered a coffee thru the drive thru. I asked if they add cream and sugar in coffee. They said... no but they will this time. I get to window and server gave me a small bag of cream, sugar and stir. I said they said they wouldadd in coffee, he said they don't do that. I wish they would communicate with each other. Order taker and drive thru persontaking payment were 2 different people. Read more
We stopped to get gas and saw Carl's Jr with Green Burrito next door. Just off I-5 on the way to San Diego. My son had a burger... and fries and I had a quesadilla and supreme chicken nachos. Good food. Great friendly service. Very clean restaurant. Read more
When someone shows you who they are, believe them. Two strikes in a row is good enough for me to not go back, even though this... location is the closest Carl's Jr to my house. The chain has been my go-to, even since becoming the most expensive fast foodchain I know of. I pull into the drive through about an hour before they are scheduled to close and had very unfriendlytreatment by the guy working the window (don't know his name). He wasn't straight-up rude, just didn't say a word other than theprice and didn't respond to my "thank you". I figured he'd just had a bad day and wished he could go home. Then the burgers weresloppily thrown together and tasted "watery" if that makes any sense. The second strike happened yesterday morning at 6:20 AM.They'd been officially open since 6 AM, the lights were all on, and the "Open" sign was lit. I pull into the drive thru and awoman's voice asks me if I'd like to try the honey chicken sandwich or something. After saying "no thank you", I gave my order.Crickets. I waited about 20 seconds bc I didn't want to be rude and asked, "oh, can I get a large order of fries as well?"Crickets. After saying "hello?" a few times, I pulled up to the window. No one was there. I pulled around to leave and saw noone at all in the front or by the grill(s). I guess the woman who asked me about trying the chicken sandwich was just a recordedvoice. This does NOT factor into my rating but it's also worth mentioning: It's a little hard to get to because it's easy topass the turn into the gas station and have to turn around. Read more
I went through the drive-thru window for two cups of coffee and two breakfast items. The ordering process was awkward as I... ordered a small coffee and I was informed they didn't have small coffee only a medium and large. It might have been easier tosay is a medium okay because we don't serve smalls. With one of the coffees I requested cream and sweetener. The person takingthe order was not sure if they had sweetener or not. When I got the coffee and went to go doctor it up, it did not have cream inthe package of condiments. Most of these items are probably a one-off situation, but I was traveling through the area so thiswill be my memory of Carl's Jr Read more
