7/22: yet another standout chicken philly with fries; only two men working at the time very efficient and pleasant at the same... time-this was at about 11:15 did not get there names. Extremely upset, I order online and recieved a confirmation to pick up at 8:35pm, when arrived the mall security said they... closed at 7pm. So they took my money and now we have no food. Plus still says they are open at 8:51pm while I'm outside. Read more

6 people working behind the counter can't figure out how to put a complete order together. Claim they are out of Ice Tea at 330... in the afternoon on a Sunday. Wait 10 minutes in line and another to get my complete order. The only one who appeared to knowwhat he was doing was the guy on the grill. Please train this kids. Just complete chaos. Read more

Came in expecting the regular Philly but was delightfully surprised at what I got. There are 3 sizes - we got small, which, with... fries, was a very reasonable meal. The sandwiches come with basic salad (lettuce, tomato, pickles, and mayo) and there are 12varieties from a regular Philly to a Baja chicken to an Italian. Good balance of meat to veggies, very quick service with asmile, tasty fries (original for us but you can get a couple of different loaded ones), and the sandwich tasted great! Read more
