I came to have lunch with the family and was looking forward to trying out their food However, had a horrible experience. We... came in at 3:35pm and waited to be seated, we did get seated failrly quickly(10 minutes). Our first server took our order andmentioned our food was in the oven before she left. Joy (our new server) came to us at 4:20pm and asked us if we were ready toorder. We were confused and told her we had already put our order in. At 4:30 we asked joy what the status of our food was andshe said the chef didn't have our order and that she will put it in for us as a "rush". At 4:45pm our food was still not out sowe told Joy to cancel our order as they took too long and my child was hungry. We saw other people that came after us eat andleave. Food poisoning - I ordered an impossible (plant based) burger and they gave me a regular beef patty. I realized it halfway and... didn't finish it but still had food poisoning for the next couple of days. Outdoor seating is also pretty dirty, saw a bunch ofants and food all over the floor. One of the servers gave me these awesome temporary green beans. Sadly, they disappeared after a few bites, but that?s because... they were only temporary and existed for a limited time in this world. Northshore tacos were ok. I wish i hadnt off poured the salsa on it - it tasted like a canned salsa. Hawaiian burger was... fabulous but order it with white bun - wheat was overpowering in flavour unless thats your jam. Initial greeting was friendlyand we were quickly seated. Food was fast, but we did show up on a Monday just before a dinner rush so it may not always be soquick. My only negative was the salsa and the fact that our waiter did not refill our drinks once. We ate slowly and hung outfor a bit, nothing. Rule number #1 for good tips, keep the drinks full. In the end, I would return but we wouldn't get tacosagain and wed be more pushy on water and drink refills if necessary. Read more
