Service was OK, but two, 2 Cheeseburger meals, with lukewarm burgers and limp, cold fries and 6 lukewarm nuggets, all for only... $23?! Really?!! NOW I remember why we stopped coming here. We wouldn't eat here again with your money. Read more
Went through drive thu and ordered the 2 sausage egg McMuffin deal with an orange juice and a hash brown. Ladies at the window... almost gave me someone's ice coffee. I let them know I ordered an orange juice. They gave me my sandwich and it was only one. Ilet them know it was the 2 sandwich deal so they gave me the other sandwich. I got to my destination, opened the sandwiches andsaw that it was a ham and egg mcmuffin not sausage like I had ordered and paid for. Very disappointed. Can't go back to changeit so I had to give it to someone else. Not happy and still hungry. ???? Read more
Terrible service. 6 weeks ago they forgot part of my order. I called to tell them, they promised to correct it and give me a... free meal to compensate when I returned next visit. Today I went back (as I don't live near), Had to ask for my paid cookies ,showed receipt. Ordered more food today, took 15 minutes waiting in lobby, done wrong and had to remake it. Very slow,incompetent. Will never return, bad customer service. ???? Read more

Very nicely kept up McDonald's. What excited me was that they brought my meal to the table. Haven't had that done in quite a... long time.service was a little slow, but since they brought it doesn't seem to matter. Employees were friendly, helpful and allhad a smile. The little woman who is cleaning the restrooms in the floors worked really, really hard. Workers in this positiondon't get enough credit for cleaning up the mess and everybody else leaves them. I watched about an 8 year old just take therest of his soda and pour it out on the floor His mother just took the container from him, threw it away and walked through thesoda out the door. Worker then had to clean up what the boy that messed up. So sad. Bad mom! When I come back here again, yes ina heartbeat. did I mention there's a really cool McDonald's play area outside? The tables and bathrooms could be cleaner. Update: the 2 drive through employees asked me to pull through to the curb side... waiting spot after I ordered a #1. They left me waiting for 15 minutes and forgot about me and my order. When I came in to get arefund the assistant manager gave me attitude like I did something wrong. This is probably not the type of manager you want towork for or the customer service you want your family to interact with. Read more
