My sisters and I meet for lunch every couple of months. They live in LA and I in SD. Mission Viejo is about in the middle. We... had a wonderful lunch today. Our server, Paul, was fabulous! He was kind, patient, funny, and he is the main reason we hadsuch a good time. We think the food was extra delicious because of the service. Loooooooong wait time! They are always behind on orders. All these people standing in front of the register are waiting to pick... up their mobile food. This place needs to hire more chef’s and train employees to handle orders faster. Read more

Food was pretty good as I would normally expect from PF Chang's, but the service was honestly some of the worst we've... experienced in a long time. There were just 3 of us, it was later maybe 730ish, restaurant was about half full, there appearedto be plenty of staff, but yet we were there for probably 1.5-2 hours. What was most distributing was at one point, maybe justafter 830, ALL of the restaurant staff disappeared. They all went to the back and you heard cheering. This went on for probably20 minutes. From listening to our server apologize to the table next to us once they ask finally emerged, mind you no apology tous or the table on the other side, apparently it was someone's last night. Great, hats off to camaraderie, but maybe do it afterthe restaurant closes? Or celebrate in groups so there are servers on the floor? Part of our food came out around 830, 2/3 ofthe table. My husbands potstickers came out like 20-25 minutes after that. We were actually considering ordering dessert, butinstead we made a game of it. If our server talked to us in the next 15 min we would order, if not we'd just pay and leave andgrab something elsewhere... Needless to say we went elsewhere for dessert. Super disappointing. We had a great lunch while we watched the final day Day of the Masters tournament. We ordered the spicy chicken as well as... sesame chicken and a plain grilled chicken breast for the kids. The staff was very accommodating when we talked about ourchild's allergy and they put together a completely custom menu just to show us specifically what he could have. We appreciatedthis and they really went above and beyond to make our stay special. The food came out quickly and we were very impressed withthe quality. We love that they have lunch specials now because it's not a gigantic portion but is definitely feeling and plentyof food. We ordered drinks and they were pretty good. It was a nice little treat in the middle of the day and the kids evencooperated. We ended up making a little bit of a mess underneath the table with the rice and everything but the staff was cooland was more than willing to help us clean up. It was very coated friendly and the tables were spaced out. There was only a fewother families in there at the time. The bathrooms were clean and while taken care of and overall we had a great lunchexperience at PF changs. Read more
