This restaurant constantly doesn?t check for the right items. If you plan to order a drink, you wont get one. I ordered chow... mein and fried rice they gave me all chow mein. And this is about the 6th time in a row this has happened. Also, their foodquality is really bad. And their customer service is worse. Please train your incompetent employees to look at the receiptbefore giving out the order. Thats the whole point of a receipt. What are these people getting paid for. Read more
Went to panda around 830 pm. Their listed business hours stated they closed at 930 pm. That is a big lie they close at 9pm. Not... a big deal with the exception of availability of FOOD. All they have is left over DRY BURNED FOOD. Will not be going back tothis dump wana be restaurant. How are they going to sell you FOOD THAT IS DRY BURNED AND HAS BEEN SITTING THERE FOR HOURS???????????????????????????????????????????? Read more
I?ve gone to this Panda Express for about 5 years now every Sunday. Every week I?m greeted and kindly asked what u would like to... eat. I?ve ordered the same food now for 5 years and has never gotten old. Probably the best and kindest customer service. Thereare 2-3 employees who have just memorized my order and ask if that is what I?m getting every week. Hopefully they don?t closedown to COVID. Read more
Very rude employee. If you are that unhappy then quit. My goodness, she actually rolled her eyes and walked away smirking when... I told her we needed to wait for my daughter's friends that were still ordering food to know how many drinks we needed. If youare the owner or manager of this place I highly recommend rotating out some of your staff. While I normally thoroughly enjoy an outing to Panda Express...this particular PE sucks. The staff is incompetent. Screwed up... most of the order and then acted like their incompetence was our fault. Ordered a medium drink...had to ask for it 3 timesafter we paid. Again, we seemed to annoy them by having the audacity to point out how utterly incompetent they are. Cleanliness looked problematic as well. Read more
Went there on 7/29/17 at 3pm... Service is absolutely awful!!! The Hispanic guy is absolutely rude and the Hispanic lady cashier... was also pretty rude as well ...there was no line at all, and I stood there for about 15 mins... The cashier lady just standingstaring at me, and this cook told the Hispanic guy to help me... To which he totally ignored him... Finally once he took hissweet time, he didn't even looked at my face or anything and 'took' my order and totally threw the order on the counter... Firstoff... It is not free, I am paying for food, second, there's no line and he can't even get my order right since he just wants toget over helping people, third, if you hate your job so much just quit... Then the cashier lady, she comes to finish my order,she charges me in the rudest manner ever... I didn't ask for a manager or anything because I was carrying my 28lb baby, luckilyhe was in a carrier but still... If you hate your job quit, there are a lot of people wanting to work!!! Read more
Usually I can't go wrong with Panda because it's so consistent. However this time at this location I ordered my standard... Orange Chicken and it was burnt! Each bite was like eating burnt fried batter. Not very tasty. The chicken and mushrooms hadlots of connective tissue in it as well. I only could stomach half my meal. Stay away from the Orange Chicken when it's notorange. Read more
Today I had lunch at this Panda Express. The wait in line was reasonable but if they had a second person getting the food I... think the service would have been better. I didn't see the mushroom chicken as an option because there was no name placard butthey did have a fresh batch coming out when I ordered it. My only feedback for this specific location would be that the broccoliin the beef and broccoli didn't seem very good. I did get the veggie side and the broccoli in there was so much better andfresher. I spit out some of the broccoli pieces from the beef and broccoli. My complaint to the company would be that the veggieside is only cabbage and broccoli. I think they could offer some additional vegetables to make this vegetable side moredesirable and a really viable option. My other complaint would be that there really aren't many healthy options at thisrestaurant. I'm currently doing weight watchers and my lunch was still fairly high in calories and I chose their lowest fat meatoptions. I think my experience at this location was good enough to eat here again. I like the portion sizes I saw given to othercustomers but of course, I thought my serving looked a little smaller. Read more
