Ordered curbside pickup from this location. Arrived within 5 minutes and waited for them to text, email or bring my order out to... me. After 20 minutes waiting, I went inside and asked about my order, The person at the counter told me I was supposed to callwhen I arrived and let them know I was there ?????? Poor service. Outside delivery area by only a few feet. Hung up on me after multiple phone calls and being on hold countless... times. Thanks for the great customer service. I guess I'll get my pizza elsewhere. Have a good one dough ! Lol Read more
The order was 40 min late and barely warm when delivered. The Cheese sticks had only burned sprinkling of cheese on them and... the cheese on the pizza was so thin that you could hardly taste it. This will most likely be the last time I order Pizza Hut inthe foreseeable future. Little Ceasers has a better pizza for 1/2 the cost you can find at Pizza Hut now. Read more
Ordered in the store, service was good. Food was made in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, positive experience.
Normally we have no complaints. This time however I did call and complain that it looked as if our dinner box had been dropped... on its side. The guy that answered the phone had absolutely nothing to say he left super long silences after I would saysomething, I had to ask if he was still on the line. He said he will call me back because he needed to see what the managerwanted to do. It's been an hour and no call back. After opening the rest to serve my family we noticed the pasta was a littleburnt and the extra breadsticks seemed old and very dry. Read more
Quite frankly terrible. Firstly customer service on phone is terrible. You can't customize a dam pizza? Perhaps you are in... the wrong business. Secondly service fees.... really give me all the excuses under the ????. No to service fees.i willrather go somewhere else like Costco etc. Read more
