Used to be my favorite restaurant, everything changed. The fries, that used to be my favorite fries like, ever, are different.... The shakes changed. I used to get the peanut butter cup shake which was chocolate with peanut butter, but now it?s on brandReese?s. And don?t get me wrong, I love Reese?s, but it?s not the shake that I go there for. My aunt and cousin went the otherday, and my cousin?s chicken was completely burnt, and my aunt?s chili was just beans and water. And it?s just at the MissionViejo location! What?s going on??? Ruby's is back at it again. Fully staffed, we waited no time for our meals to arrive. Fresh and full of flavor all American... swiss mushroom burger with a side of chilli cheese fries. Stunningly great food. Might be a diner but diner done right. Service was great and food was darn near perfect. Had the... cinnamon roll French toast with scrambled eggs and got the potatoes subbed for bacon. Eggs were creamy and cooked perfectly.Potatoes were tasty and the french toast soft, fluffy, and the cinnamin swirl was caramelized and oh so good. My wife had thebreakfast grilled cheese and it had a great buttery crunch but was still soft on the inside. Nothing greasy about this diner. Read more
