Love, love Cheesecake Factory! There was no wait on Thursday around 4pm, service was very fast, and we had an amazing server... (thanks Danielle D)! Great ambience and decor. I got the Madeira chicken and caramel pecan turtle cheesecake for dessert. Bothare to die for!! The bread basket before dinner was also delicious. Others in my party felt the same about their meals. I'd give zero stars if I could. I ordered curbside over the phone. I ordered a simple appetizer and bread with a side sauce.... It's not rocket science. I got there. Called the curbside number to no avail. Line was busy. Walked inside there were 5 peoplein front of me. I paid $16 for my order and waited. I got my disheveled appetizer and my joke of a bread (less than half size ofwhat they give you than dine in). Sauce was missing. I waited for the sauce and bread. She comes back s just the sauce and tellsme to pay extra for the bread. I had already paid for the food!! They wanted to charge me more. Seriously incompetent. Oh andnever got that bread either. Ordered their pasta and it was tasty. Got the bread basket and it was fresh and so good. Service is always good here. It was... somewhat pricey for lunch portions with soda and extra pasta we ended up paying around $85. Will definitely come back for thegood food and service just no too often because it's pricey hence the 4 stars instead of 5. Read more

Delicious food and beautiful ambiance! I ordered French fries for an appetizer and almond crusted salmon salad for an entree. ... I shared both with a friend and couldn?t finish. Ambiance on point for a private meal with a loved one. Cheeseburger was so juicy and super good. Drink were good. Waiters were... nice. Tables were clean. However the wait time for the food to come out was a bit longer than we thought it would be for 2burgers but all in all 10/10. Read more
