A&W used to be one of my favorite burger joints. This location is terribly bad and mainly for their terrible services ... we... waited for more than 10 minutes in one early evening while the place was empty with 2 staff engaged in a conversation and thethe third collecting the garbage while we were ignored at the counter. The floor was filthy and sticky and slippery, weinformed the staff but they didn't care and didn't even bother to place a "Wet floor" sign just to prevent unwanted accidents.The food wasn't great and the staff lacked the hospitality and the warm customer's welcoming. It could be the location but Iwould never step in A&W again. BTW, the washrooms were locked by a coded lock that requires a staff to enter the code for it!!!!! Read more
I work outside and have come here often for a burger. Always liked their burgers. But I also like using a washroom and having a... place to wash my hands before I order and eat my food all on only a 30min lunch. But now washrooms are locked. You need to lineup, wait for somebody to ask to use a washroom. Never will eat here again. Just not inviting and inconvient when time islimited. Better to go somewhere else. Lots of other great places around. Read more
I went to try their Teen Burger and let's say it's one of the best burgers I ever ate. I should mention that they were doing... construction on the place and I think it looks better than their previous design. Plus I like their soda cup ???? Read more
Worst A&W location. Ordered a poutine and look at the amount of fries...barely anything in the box! Worst part is that I got... this to go so I didn't notice until I was already home. This is so frustrating. I would recommend cloverdale or the location atIslington over this one any day. I will NEVER go back to this location and I do not recommend. Read more
Food is good, but service is not always optimal. Even when they are not busy they always ask us to park our car and they will... deliver food later. I know this is because they want to have short order completions to impress managent but this greatlydegrades the experience of a drive through. For the price premium you are paying for the food, there should be some sort ofbetter customer service. The food at this location is always fresh and hot. Tastes delicious every time. Any time I've ordered food here, the burgers... have been prepared nicely, not slapped together and slammed in the bag like at other fast food joints. This location alwayshonours coupons as well. I've never experienced much of a wait time here. The staff is always friendly. Keep up the great work! Read more
Came here to have a quick bite with my mom before we went grocery shopping. Was not a fan of the layout of this restaurant,... feels too congested. I had to clean our table with a wipe, because there was crumbs and stains on it. I felt like most of thetables were not clean. I had asked for the order to be dine in and they still put everything in a take out bag, with twonapkins. It would have been way easier on a tray, now I can see why the table was such a mess prior. I wanted to go to thewashroom to wash my hands and they had a lock on the door. I asked for the access code to enter, and they wouldn?t tell me andopened the door themselves. Honestly, pretty annoying to keep asking the staff to open the door again, as I wanted to wash myhands before I left. I?ll just probably get take out from this place and not dine in. Read more
