Honestly im texan, when i saw an A&W branded restraunt i thought it'd be trashy food. Lo and behold the burger i got was... surprisingly juicy and had much more flavor than i thought. The onion rings were freshly made as well. Though the batter to themdidnt stick their seasoning gave it ansurprising amount of flavor as well. First off, I just read a 3* review of here only saying "Staff dont understand much English the prices are way too high". Don't... waste people's time with a review that provides useless criticism and makes you seem blatantly ignorant and racist. Especiallyif you comment on English speaking and then offer up some terrible grammar. ANYHOW. Went to A&W in Erin Mills. I had a greatExperience as I was going to order 2 Uncle burgers. The cashier there "upsold" me by telling me there is a sale on the TeenBurgers and it is a better deal to get a double Teen Burger instead and it was more food AND cost effective. My bill went from$16 to $9 Food was great, Service was excellent and the speed of the food being made was okay. Worth the wait. Read more

A lot of money for not very impressive burgers. Also, what's with charging 40 cents for a bbq sauce when I've spent $30 and... then they forget to put it in the bag - awesome. Read more
Lady at front counter was telling every customer "were closing soon so please hurry up" as a greeting (35min before... closing) Update, 20min till close she told another customer they are closed, when the lady asked why they are saying theyreclosed when they closed at 6 and its 5:40 the employee said she can do it if its a small order, if its big they cant. Also,wheres my sauce? Update #2 Got in touch with A&W and they've addressed the issue, i am satisfied in their approach and mannerof how they handled the situation (at least in email, havent been there yet) Update #3 Went there again one month later. Waybetter visit! Staff is working much better and also have a much better attitude, they also seem normal compared to previouslywhere they were miserable. I do believe that management at this A&W handled the situation well and also coached the staffwell. Raised from 1 to 4 stars next visit will determine final review. Read more
They forgot my sweet potato fries for my Nashville hot chicken sandwich combo order! This was not even a complicated order, just... that and a poutine and a root beer. I tolerated the slow service as this is the closest A&W to my house but this is the laststraw for me. How do you take your sweet time with my simple order and forgot such an essential item. I?m a die hard A&W loverbut definitely not going back to this location. Read more
