I ordered a snack size and they charged me for a regular. They refused to give me my order saying they've already started making... the regular sized smoothie, then almost charged me again for a second snack order. As someone working in the service industryfor years, I'm very very very disappointed with how dismissive they were with my problem and offered no solution. I have not been to this specific Booster Juice since covid, but I can tell you that they have gone down hill in quality. The... worker(s) do not put any care into making the drinks. I've always gotten a specific drink from other Booster Juice's and I haveto say that this is the most disapointing one yet. Judging by the final result and the process in making it, they areSIGNIFICANTLY reducing the ingredients per serving. Also, they are not including any extra add-ons such as whey protein, andboosters. How can a drink be so familiar be different from this location only? Any one that gives this place a 5-star review asof now needs to re-evaluate their ratings and go to another Booster Juice.
