Went in for a beer on a Friday evening. Location is great and live music performance is amazing. Customer service is poor. I... hadn't finished my first beer when they handed me the check. Hadn't finished my sandwich when they handed me a plastic containerto take home the leftovers of a very bad sandwich I ordered. Read more
Went to catch a friend's gig. We were in a side room. Sitting at a table by the bar. Hard to see the band but sound was good.... Drinks were a bit watery and they ran out of my brand but prices were decent. Table service and at the bar. Server wasfriendly. We didn't have any food. I'd go again. Read more
Cool place. We went on a Friday night and there was a great live band. Food was really good too, can?t complain. However, what... took away from the whole experience was the customer service. We were treated very rudely by the server who barely ever smiledand seemed annoyed at us the whole time. Before we came in we asked if kids are allowed because we had a 4 year-old in ourparty, and we were told there is no problem whatsoever. At 10:45, we were actually asked to LEAVE at 11 because of the kid. Inwhat world is this okay? This location has one step to get into the location. They do have another entrance that is used during busy times. I am guessing... it can also be used if you are needing to enter with no steps (they are very accommodating). The service was super fast and overthe top friendly. Our server was super friendly attentive and was very respectful of covid. We had our masks on except whentaking a drink or bite and she was super observant of that and brought a straw wrapped in a napkin for our drink, what a specialtouch! Read more
Great place. Very comfortable and the waitresses were very attentive. I was there with family and friends for a get together and... drinks and a bite to eat in memory of my Mom who went there often because she very close by. It was nice that they have aspecial section in the restaurant that serves as a "party room" of sorts. It's not an actual separate room but it is an area ofthe restaurant that's kind of cordoned (because of the layout) from the rest of the restaurant. It worked very well for myfamily's needs! I like this place a lot. Me and my friend have been here before. I ordered the fish pie once and it was excellent. Tonight... however I ordered the Jambalaya pasta and I gotta say it was kind of gross. It wasn't bad I don't think, there was just too muchgoing on. Jambalaya is balanced by the rice having flavour. Tonight the dish was a mashup of Shrimp, bacon, chicken, sausage,green pepper, sundried tomatoes, parmesan cheese all in a rose sauce. I liked the first couple bites but after that I couldn'treally enjoy the meal because one of the many things was always overpowering something else. So personally I would rework thismenu.
