Always come here and have a good experience - good food and friendly staff. Had no issues with the employment having tattoos... like other reviewer, been here multiple times and have been served by both of them - always friendly and helpful. There are definitely better bubble tea places if you're willing to take a short drive out of Heartland Town Centre. I picked up... 5 drinks here and they were placed into generic plastic cups with lids. It was not great for transportation compared to otherplaces who fully seal the tops. I ended up with milk tea spilled all over the floor of my car since I was driving solo for thepickup. This is never an issue at other places who fully seal the tops. The tapioca pearls were smaller than other places anddid not have a great consistency. They were harder and chewier in all the wrong ways. The Taro milk teas tasted likeoverstepped green tea mixed with a tiny bit of milk and a dash of taro powder. The Hojichas were good, but that was it. Tonsof better options in Mississauga! Read more
I totally enjoy getting my matcha bubble tea from this place. I came in and I was hoping I can take a seat to enjoy my bubble... tea, however I was somewhat disappointed when I found out they only take people in, on the weekends. I also found out aboutdiscounts that I can use here, from another customer who came in and used it. I think ownership/management changed for the worse since pre-COVID times. The drinks are not well made, it seems like the... workers don't have much experience making bubble tea. The workers are polite, but they don't ask sugar level or ice level whenyou order, just what you want and toppings. I got a tea with tapioca and it was like 40% bobas (see picture). The matcha teashave a powdery mouth feel, not well mixed. I don't recommend getting aloe as a topping, it is bland and gross in texture. Ialways thought bubble tea is just bubble tea, but I experienced some truly bad drinks today. Read more
I ordered two bubble tea. One is hot and 30% sugar. The staff who took my order didn?t really pay attention to my order. He put... 50% sugar and the girl who was making my drink put ice into that hot drink because the guy took the wrong order. He didn?t evenapologize. And it took them forever to make my hot drink and again didn?t even say sorry. Worst customer Service ever. Read more
Nice ambience,. Good customer service, very attentive and friendly. It's nice to just sip your bubble tea and just relax with... friends or families. My daughter and I usually hang out here and just have a little chit chat. Their deep fried fish balls andsauce are amazing. You will have to find out what's your favourite bubble tea flavour in order to enjoy it. We usually order theGolden Assam tea with tapioca which we really enjoy. I recommend this place anytime.
