Worst burger king ever seen. Two asian girls standing in the kitchen area making burgers with no hairnet on and then the floor... was messed up with tissues and straws and no one bothers to clean it. Talking in their mother tongue and shows no respect to thecustomer standing in the front. Owner should take action otherwise the best option is to close the location because thislocation?s hospitality ans cleaning is a shame on the name of burger king. I?m leaving this place with a bad review because myself, boyfriend and sister in laws entire meals such as our burgers and fries... were nothing but garbage. The fries were rock hard and the burgers were not freshly made and extremely stail. This meal costed between $ 30-45 bucks and this is honestly ridiculous and somewhere I?ll never eat again. Granted, this particular location is not the best, nor the newest. In fact, this area on the far end of south Brampton and... edging on Mississauga is right onto the Airport and in a rather industrial area. So you might have preconceived ideas about whatyour experience will be. My personal experience was good overall. The food was good, staff was ok friendly and if you ignorethe fact that this particular location _is_ a little run down, your experience might be just as good as mine. I went thereseveral times and the exprience was consistent. Maybe I just got lucky? I will give them another chance if I get it. Read more
Extremely disturbing experience. I went last week after dropping my brother off at the airport. I ordered a Whopper Meal and... went into the bathroom to wash up, and the urinal was disgusting, very strong odour, and the toilet seat was full of... which Iwon't say. Walls were a yellow ash colour. So basically some of the waste dried up and I know it's been left like that formonths. One of the employees said it's been like that for months. If the washrooms are neglected I wonder how the owner treatsthe kitchen while making our burgers..... Anyways, I asked for my money back immediately and I will never return to such dirtyplace. I have emailed corporate office with pictures as this is a serious matter. Read more
Breakfast Sandwich was cold. Egg was almost frozen in centre.Had No coffee. Staff was more worried about checking morning stock... & ordering then customer quality of food being served.& this was @ 9:30am. Read more
Worst burger King in mississauga. Imagine within 15 minutes of ordering and getting home, the burgers cold and hard, fries stiff... and worst off the nuggets was hard for my grandson. Will never support this bran h ever. Rather starve. Come on BK check yourfranchise holders quality of food. Read more
Ordered spicy chicken burger with two poutine. I requested them fries to be fresh. No one was in the lane, but just me. So they... asked me to wait so I waited thinking that it will be fresh and yumm....turned out to be a huge disappointment! Fries were sooosoggy in the gravy..all I could taste was the gravy and salt! The patty was disgusting..it seems like as they had fried ittwice. Such a waste of money! Read more
I found it a very good place to eat as compared to other burger king branches, it is very clean not from inside but also the... outside area is very clean, the punjabi guy there is very good and coprative.
