I was verbally physically abused by the burger King manager and associates. I kindly asked for my meals to be made fresh I will... wait in the parking lot patiently. The most illmannered, rude & liar manager on duty at 10:49 am on July 13th at 2460 Winston Churchill. When I asked for his name... the servers were too scared to give it to me. My order of salad consisted only lettuce & one slice of tomato cut in half, theydidn't have forks so gave me a spoon to eat it with! They were stingy with lettuce in our burgers & except for thin slices eachof tomato there were no onions, pickles, etc. The floors were really sticky & dirty. Makes you wonder if the staff are trying todrive customers away & get the place shut down. This place used to be our favorite once upon a time, the staff were veryfriendly & helpful. Clean, spacious, huge windows that let in lots of natural light, plenty of outlets, sturdy tables, and quiet (no loud tv or... music). Doesn't look bright from outside but once inside it was very pleasant. Friendly staff. Just the break I needed with somefood and my computer. Read more
Terrible service and food quality. Upon entering the restaurant I noticed the amount of pre made food. I ordered two chicken... sandwiches, after arriving at home and taking out the sandwiches I noticed the lettuce appeared to be black and the chicken wassoggy and cold with not sauce on the burger at all. I tried calling the store multiple times and someone pick up the phone anddisconnect it the call. I'm extremely disappointed and I would recommend everybody stay away from this location. Ordered 2 Jr Whopper and fries to go on 2021/04/29. It was about 10pm and the store was still quite busy at that time. - Fries... were fresh and hot. - Found a string of plastic in one of the burgers. Appears to be food wrap. Not impressed. Read more

I placed my order in advance with burger king APP, and then i left my house to pick up the meal. It takes me ten minutes to... drive there. I guess ten minutes is good enough to prepare the mail. When I arrived there, the meal was not ready yet, so theylet me wait in the parking lot for another fifteen minutes. After the waiting, the meal finally is ready. However, the mail wasjust cold. The french fries is no fresh and the bread and paddies are just cold anf glat. It doesn't taste good. This restaurantdoesn't have good business. So they prepare food there and food just become cold. When people come, they slowly to puteverything together. Very disappointed!! Won't come back to this location. May go to some other burger king having betterbusiness. Read more
