We found Calabash on our first day of our trip to Canada. Ron, the owner of this 22 year old little restaurant, is a very warm... and charming host. During my visit I could tell that a lot of the guests have visited Ron's place a long time. We had 2 dishes;Caribbean jerk chicken and oxtail. Both were served with rice stuffed with lentils and carrots. The chicken was super tender andcoated in jerk seasoning. The oxtail came in a thick savory sauce. Both were delicious and the serving size were a bit big formy partner and me, so Ron packed the leftovers for us. Should we ever return to Mississauga, I'd like to visit Calabash again.See you Ron!
