Me and my family have been coming to this restaurant for almost 10 years. In our recent two visits the food has changed, the... portions are way smaller and the overall taste is very bland. But the reason for this review is not only that- the prices havevastly increased while the food quality has dropped. On top of that the service is terrible. The waitress did not know how toorganize the table, when she put the food on the table her hands were touching the food, she held the bowls with her palmtouching the top of the food. When we were ordering she would cut us off before we could specify the details of our food and shedidn?t check on us once, we had to wait very long to get takeout boxes or our bill. Then once we get the bill there has been a10% gratuity fee already added, for a table of 4. Not to mention we had a wobbly table the whole time. Overall the price doesnot match the experience nor the taste of the food- will not be coming back. Staff are rude and untrained. Read more
Where is the zero rating button for this place?? They have no where mentioned about Dine-in closing hours for Friday, and when... we stepped in this place, the Lady over there RUDELY stopped us and we are open for takeout only, wherein they have nowherementioned about the deny on Dine-in timings.. #Poor reception. #BIG ZERO RATING!! #Not Recommended at all. Went there for dine in? they haven?t mentioned anywhere that, they close dine in at 9 PM and when we reach there at 9 PM and... lady rudely said only takeout no dine in after 9PM they should have mentioned and moreover, should informed politely. use to begood restaurant but will never come back.. As someone who grew up on Chinese food this was my first time trying Hakka. This restaurant is incredible, the food i received... was only $10 and included a flavourful chili chicken, which I highly recommend, sweet and sour soup, and a vegetable springroll. Plus the people who are working there are so sweet especially the lady who took my order! Highly recommend for anyone andwill be going back regularly! Read more

I have been going to Chopstick Cuisine since Johnny and his sister took over back in 2009. We live in British Columbia and I... often raved about the food to my wife. We happen to be here in the area and took my family for dinner. I was recognized warmlyright away! We ordered the Lollipop Chicken, vegetable hot and sour soup, Manchurian chicken chow mein, Chili chicken, sesamebeef and mixed vegetables with Szechuan sauce. First of all, I have eaten at pretty much most of the Hakka Restaurants in thevicinity as well as the handful of Hakka restaurants in the Vancouver area. Chopstick cuisine without a doubt serves the highestquality and tastiest food. The service tonight was warm and welcoming as usual, not just for our table but for all the dinersand the food was piping hot, fresh and so flavourful. As it has been some time since I?ve had the pleasure of dining at therestaurant, we remarked as we saw the food coming out to other tables as well as ours, that the portion size is more generousthan we are used too. I am not from this area, stopped by Chopstick Cuisine for take-out while driving through. The service and prices were fantastic.... The woman running the restaurant was extremely friendly and thoughtful. When I asked about certain ingredients because of myhusband's allergies she was very careful and told me what dishes to avoid and recommended dishes I would like. The food wasdelicious! Read more
