We ordered our food and asked for a refill of our noodles. The waitress explained that we would not be able to receive takeout... containers for the refill of noodles. We proceeded to clarify with her the scenario where we had leftover noodles in our bowland asked her if we were able to receive a takeout container for the soup, to which she responded we would be able to. So whenit was time for us to ask for the bill, I also asked for takeout containers and the manager said because we ordered extranoodles they weren't able to give us the container. We explained what the waitress confirmed with us, but both of them continuedto deny our story and brush us off to the side, not regarding or trusting anything we had to say. Zero customer relationship andbusiness sense, with no integrity or honesty from the staff here. Highly recommend avoiding this place. Read more

What a terrible experience ! The Dagu Rice Noodle name is forever stained & ruined ! Our party of 3 ordered 3 soup based noodles... & all had only minimal additions ( one thin strand of crabmeat, one small piece of lettuce, 2 very small pieces of beef tendonsetc.). We all ordered refills ×1 of noodles only & was only told upon reordering that we cannot take the reordered plainnoodles home unless we put them into the soup & try to eat them. This waitress who spoke in broken English, reassured me that ifwe could not finish the 2nd order of noodles in our soups, then we can all bring them home. At the end if our meal, an veryrude, explosive manager came to say we cannot take our leftovers home as we we all ordered a refill x1 or charge us 50 cents foreach leftover container. Also she said she had signs " all over the restaurant " telling customers of this new policy of notallowing take home food if there was a refill as she said " how can my business survive if I let this happen ?". In reality,there was ONLY one small piece of paper with tiny print on the wall near the cashier. We only paid for our meals plus HST &obviously no tips in cash.We overheard the manager say to her waitress that she should put up more larger print signs all overthe restaurant as soon as possible. We definitely will not be coming back here & I will tell our extensive list of clients,patients & customers as well as our many relatives & friends with far reaching connections to avoid this ( & maybe all otherDagu Rice Noodle Restaurants too )ASAP. I have been to Dagu Rice Noodle in Markham and North York numerous times. I have been very satisfied with their food and... service! Today, my family and I decided to try the one in Mississauga. What a shocking experience! The other places give you asoup broth and let you put in side dishes. This place put everything in and hid the fact that there were fewer ingredients. Wetried to order a second bowl of noodles. When we could not finish, we were told that we could not bring it home. The staff kepton arguing with us. They said that there are signs everywhere to say that you can only bring soup and not noodles ! There wasone sign by the cashier! They told us not to go back! We definitely will not!!! Read more

Food quality isn't great, I ordered noodles soup, ?????pumpkin pancakes, all three weren't great, don't taste good, quality not... good. Take a example, ????? they forgot to put chilli oil into the dish, and meat were watery, don't ask me why, the Worst ????I have ever tried. And I almost had food poisoning after. Poor customer service. Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 small kids) ordered 3 noodle soups. When we asked for the complementary... noodle refills (we only asked for 1 additional bowl on top of our 2 existing bowl overall), the waitress refused and said thatwe asked for too many refills. Only after we explained that we only had 2 refills out of the 3 noodle soups, we were given 1more and warned that this is our last refill. If it is the store's policy to have only 1 refill per noodle soup, it should bewritten down in the menu or be told when we ordered. Read more

Our regular hang was closed for Unknown reasons and we ended up here for a lunch before our flight. I ordered a peppercorn soup... with chicken chop but the soup arrived 15 mins before my protein did. The soup was very very salty and the broth had one quailegg, one soggy piece of lettuce, two bamboo shoots, random pieces of ground pork and a few pieces of corn. This was my first time here and it was a good experience. They had a lot dishes to choose from but I recommend the rice and meat... (although it can take up to 20ish mins to make as stated on their menu!). Overall the food was good but sometimes we had to goup to the counter to ask for more water or refills! Read more

The food was ok but it is pricey for what you get. We ordered 2 noodles, 1 juice and 1 fried cake for $60. They also include 12%... tips in the bill which is illegal. The place is big but when we went there it was empty. You know the reason why now. Read more
