The food is good but one of the servers was really rude and impatient. My reference recepit is number 8 and bought chicken... shawarma at 1:03 pm today. This is my first time encountering her at the store but I am very disappointed. Since I startedordering, her face was very stern and talked in a very rude tone. When I forgot the name of a food item and was looking forclarification, she got impatient and started raising her voice. I haven?t even finished ordering and she took my food to thecheckout counter and asked the other cashier to checkout. The food is really good, love the veggie burrito and tabouli. The hummus is also amazing, me and my family are long time loyal... customers. I definitely recommend trying it out. The food is healthy and fresh and made very well. Read more

So good!! Shawarma is amazing. I didn't know if I wanted to eat there, the worker gave me a mini bowl of shawarma to get a good... taste of it. Everything is made fresh and by hand. Even the garlic sauce is hand made. Will be going back there for lunch ordinner next time we visit Erin Mills. Very convenient. And noticed they were doing online orders as well. Had the worst experience here yesterday if I could give 0 stars I would! Will never be going back EVER! I have never written any... reviews before, but here I go and I think it is only fair. I ordered the Shawarma Bowl and I got my food and as I sat to eat, ahair was hidden in the salad and I WAS DISGUSTED!!!! I went back to ask for my money back and the hijabi server went to get anolder lady from the back and she said it could have been hair from the counter from anyone standing around and maybe it flewinto the food from fans. I didn't have time to argue as I was on a lunch break, she said she can give me another bowl ( and wasmumbling something to the server) and I took it without salad, but HONESTLY I had lost my appetite and did not want to eat it.The hijabi server kept apologizing, she was nice but I WANT MY MONEY. I have mixed opinions about this restaurant. I love their zesty chicken burrito. The problem isn't so much with how tasty the... food is though, it's with the owners. Typically there's an older Arab man and woman that run the restaurant. On occasion whenordering, I've seen the man forget what he was doing, forget what I ordered, or just look lost and confused. I've also seen poorhygiene practices at times. I've also seen old mushrooms that had obviously gone bad still sitting in the veg bin. The ladytends to be a bit better but I've had issues with her too. I asked for a combo that they had on the board above once, and sherefused to give it to me at that price saying she didn't believe it. She said it was probably a pricing error when it obviouslywasn't, so she wanted to charge me a dollar extra for the items separately. I declined the combo and said just give me theburrito then, and she apologized when I was paying. She gave me a 10% off discount card for next time to try and make it up tome (it expired like in a week though and I never used it).
