We decided to grab a take out from this place, but we won't be coming back. We showed up 45 minutes before closing, and we were... told that we can only order take out, because it's to late to dine in. Most of tables were dirty, and covered in dirtydishes. Our food had decent flavor, but that's pretty much it. It was extremely salty, and portions were small with very littlemeat in them. I came here when the restaurant was not busy, but they took a very long time to get the food out to the table. There was a... miscommunication and food was ordered wrong. I got chicken red curry. The chicken was not good although the gravy was good. Ioriginally thought I ordered beef, I think it may have tasted better with the beef. However the price point and portion sizesare good. Mediocre, main gravies taste watery so don't know what the flavour is. Ordered here few months ago was also disappointed with... the watery taste of all the gravies, tried to give it another chance tonight but it was a waste of money. Not sure where allthese positive reviews are coming from. This place was decent 4-5 years ago but not anymore but I am not coming here againanymore. Ordered the following: 1. Beef Hakka Chow Mein - 3/10 Bland. 2. Deep Fried Tiger Prawn Shrimp - 3/10 strong taste ofa specific spice overpowering the dish, can't pinpoint it 3. Schezuan Chicken - 1/10 It looks bright, red, flavorful but youcan't tell the taste because it just tastes like someone put a lot of water in it and diluted all the flavor. I have gotten food from here numerous times. I absolutely love their Szechuan Chicken! I have gotten their lunch special a few... times and it was also very good. Plus their customer service is simply excellent. The lady that always takes my order is sosincere and gracious. She understands how to greet and talk to customers. Read more
I ordered chilly chicken and chicken fried rice and by far this was the worst quality food I have ever had in Mississauga. If... you are unaware of chilli chicken recipe, I would ask you to please check YouTube and get a clear idea. The rice in chickenfried rice was uncooked and frozen vegetables were used which was also uncooked. The quality of this place has deteriorated somuch and I would never recommend this place. Read more
Tried this place a couple weeks ago. Hidden little gem, the teller was extremely pleasant they needed time to make my order but... well worth the wait. Everything was freshly made and everything extremely tasty. I forget which chicken dish I had and triedtheir shrimp pakoras, all fresh and well portioned. Will be ordering from here again. Read more
It was my first experience at Hakka Spice. I dined in at the restaurant, ordered chicken momos, szechuan noodles , american... choupsey. The quantity was enough for 2, we ended up with leftovers for another meal. Just a heads up szechuan noodles were waytoo spicy for me. I would recommend ordering it only if you have a high spice tolerance, I thought I had one but after eatingthose noodles ????????????????.
