Surprisingly busy on a Sunday afternoon, people waiting for table didn't seem mind at the line up. Once learned how to order... from the ingredients sheet, the rest is fast and easy. All the ingredients are good quality, organized neatly on clean plates,sent by the cute robot and attentive servers. Great place to go with family and friends during the chilly winter season! Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from. Is there a feud between hotpot places? Went today for the first time with... some friends and opted for the lunch AYCE. Fantastic, attentive service from our server (I think our servers name was Julienebut not 100% sure). The food was great quality, and the broth was delicious. Loved the dumplings, loved the sesame balldesert. Very clean inside, and way bigger than I thought it would be compared to other hotpots I've been to. Will come again. Read more

Back again for Dinner. Got there on a Saturday night, 6pm. It's was just getting busy. Had similar things like my first time... here. Got brave and add a few things that I wouldn't eat. It was all fantastic. The service for dinner time is much better. Iadded a few pictures, have a look and press the like button! First time here, got the shared hot pot. We got the clear and hotspicy one. You can also get single ones too. Just so you know, the broth is a extra change on top of all the toppings. It wasall you can eat, we went for everything lamb. Slice lamb, lamb meat balls, lamb dumpling. We also got beef, shrimp and musselswith some veggies. We got 2 rounds of food and was so full. The first round came out really quick and the second round was alittle bit slower. They only had 2 severs on the floor and they kept forgetting things. You had to ask them twice to get whatyou wanted. I would have gave them 5 stars if the service was better. It's the robot server that made up for it. Very neat ????.You got to eat here! Came here with my family on a Saturday night at 7. There was a lineup so we had to wait in line. We were seated after about half... an hour. They don't take reservations. Once we were seated we were treated to 3 rounds of food for 30 dollars per person. Thefood came pretty quickly each time despite the restaurant being packed the whole time we were there. They have a little robotwhich helps out by delivering the food. Everything was fresh and delicious! Read more

Ate here during dinner on Monday April 11. Service was okay, food was good! Everything was going good until it came time to... pay, the lady working the cash in the front made us feel very uncomfortable and was very rude. She was looking over at us whenwe were entering information on the credit/debit machine and immediately corrected me when I put in 0 for tip (I was under theassumption that tip was already included). Lady saw this and said "NO TIP?? TIP NOT INCLUDED" and my immediate response was tosay "my mistake I thought it was already included, please cancel the transaction so we can enter it again with a tip" and wetipped accordingly. I believe harassment from her is included for anyone who didn't have a good experience and does not want totip, please let her understand that tips should be left to the discretion of the customer, not something to negotiate orbargain. This place has very attentive staff and a great overall atmosphere. They also have a large selection of vegetables and meat on... their menu, so you have a lot of options to choose from. The robot serving food was pretty cool as well, this is a great placeto eat! Read more

First time at a "hot pot" restaurant. This location is spacious with high ceilings and nice decor. I liked the paper looking... chandeliers. The tables have a heating element in the middle where they put the hot pot full of up to 2 choices of broths. Youorder by checking off items you want and they bring them out in small portions AYCE sushi style. The meats, veggies and seafoodwere fresh. There was a nice selection of noodles (some housemade) there's a robot that comes to your table accompanied by aserver with food items lol.
