Today Friday the 20th I went back to this Harvey?s for the second time in a month and received the same terrible service. First... time I ordered and Angus with cheese and bacon combo. I got a cold burger with the drink with no fries. I had to return back tothe store for the fries. Today I went through the same drive through to place the same order, after a long wait, I got theburger, the fries and the drink. I said ok they did better today. Only to open the bag to another cold burger, with cheese butnot a single bacon and saggy fries. This workers need to get their acts together before they bring someone?s investment down. I went last night through the drive through and I was the only customer there. It took them 10 minutes to just take my order... then another 15 minutes for then to give me my food. Remember I was the only person there and i was under the assumptionthinking i was ordering fast food. I gave it a thought and try'd to let it go perhaps they probably made everything reallyfresh. But once we started eating, the veggie burger wasn't cooked and the bread was cold like it just came out of a fridge. Mywife had stomach pain since last night! I did an online order to access the coupons. I got there one minute after pick up and my fries were cold. After I touched my... fries they placed them back under the heat light. I told the cook that I touched them. He removed the ketchup packs from thefries and didn't throw them out. I told him that it is gross because I touched them. The cook finally threw them out. Please respect your customers? time, we had to wait 30 mins in the drive through just to get our online order and that too was... prepared after we said we are there for it. There was literally one person who was taking orders and preparing the food. Also ifyou plan on keeping your shake machine clean, please don?t take online orders from your app, this has happened multiple times,whenever I order shake from your location after 9, you say it?s not available as the machine was cleaned for the day. I really like Harvey's. This one is located at Burnhamthorpe and Mavis. It's never packed, even the drive though is very fast.... Since I'm on a keto diet, I asked for a bun-less burger. It came in a box with a knife and fork. I actually enjoyed it a lot.Like a burger and a wee salad in a box. The salad was fresh so it was perfect to me. Try it out. Order two if you're reallyhungry. This outlet of Harvey?s is really really good in terms of cleanliness, seating capacity and ambience? the food was excellent and... the burger patty and buns really looked fresh.
