UPDATE: Came back here a year later and service is beyond horrible. Server never checked on us one time until I was ready to go.... My order was messed up and by the time I got my order my kids were nearly done eating. This location has gone downhill clearlymanagement needs to be better. The manager stood around while our servee serves a big table and when I asked for a to-go box hada bad attitude. They didn't charge for the salad however never even apologized for the bad service. Jenn was an amazing server! Being a server myself I must say she did an stellar job! Constantly checking in. If she noticed we... were talking she would nonchalantly walk by and make sure we had full drinks. Her recommendations on the menu were stellar, mostplaces they recommend the most expensive item, to either upsell or get a greater tip. She was honest and very approachable.Never had to wait on anything. She was quick and efficient. Good food, good service! One of my fave Jacks locations to go to. Great staff, food is always good and on point and great ambience. Crab and Lobster dip... is yumm...chicken fingers are always good and the fish and chips is a must TRY. Read more

Wow! Dinner was amazing. Had the big jack burger with a poutine and it was phenomenal. The service was great. We sat outside... because they keep the sheep inside which is fine. I'd highly recommend this one! Read more
My sister-in-law is a huge fan of Jack Astor's and almost always suggests this establishment when going out so we decided to... check it out this time around. For the most part it was an okay meal but I found their poutines were both lacking gravy and agravy that tasted good. The Buffalo Chicken sandwich was good but not something I would order again as I found the bun wassoggy and saturated by the time I finished it ten minutes after receiving it. The Chicken fingers were good as well and I didn'thear any complaints for them. Service was consistent but I thought it was odd that seeing as we had two babies with us that thehostess sat some one right behind us when the section was completely empty...towards the end of the meal they got restless andI'm sure the person was annoyed.
