Lousy unfriendly staff working there. Asked to put tomato and onion in a separate container and the Kid behind the counter... refused. Even though there was a small container which I pointed out. They are that cheap to give you a small container on theside. No smiles from anyone , mediocre food , pretty tasteless and bad customer service. Can it get any worse ?? What?s up withsquare one. I have visited many Jimmy the Greek locations and I just loved their food. But this location is just a joke for the name of... Greek food. Really very small portion and even that not upto the mark. They did not included olives, cucumber, fetacheese,enough tomatoes, side sauce, I don?t know for which reason. Not coming back ever here. Read more
I?ve never seen this before at a Jimmy location - this specific location pre makes a bunch of containers with the salad and... dressing stacked on the side beside their fresh salads. Portions are small and for whatever reason they want to charge me for extra onions on my salad when I don't get cheese,... cucumbers and olives. They can't even comprised. Very cheap and poor attitude. Other locations have no problem. Why did I getcharged $18 for this size?!? Edit. Unbelievable. I guess I should've read the reviews. Worst location indeed. The taste of the food is not standard with Jimmy the Greek. It taste so bland, like eating plain salad... with no sauce. The garlic sauce taste like light mayo with light I don't know what. It is a horrible experience and definitelya misrepresentation of Jimmy the Greek's name. Read more
I have have been eating at this location for years and never had a problem until my recent trip. Last week I visited this... location and told the lady what I wanted. I asked for extra sauce and she thought I mean extra meat. I quickly told her thatsnot what I wanted and she started to get annoyed, threw her hands up and started giving attitude. Then she proceeded to gossipabout me in front of me with another worker. For a simple misunderstanding this reaction was not necessary and completelyunprofessional. Horrible experience , went for the lamb dinner and I got lamb bones only . Not worth it and super horrible customer experience.... Save your money and go to villa madina across from the location. Mary is not friendly at all , worst jimmy the Greek location.The toronto locations actually serve lamb chops and not bones !! Read more
Extremely rude staff, small portions, extra charges for a few olives and did not even put feta cheese on both my salads. I went... up to ask for the feta and as I?m the liar they made me bring both dinner back to prove there was no feta. Apparently this teencan see under the cream sauce to say that was feta on the salad. Nope not at all. He then sprinkles a little bit on top of thesalad dressing. Unbelievable rude stingy, now from reading the other reviews I see that this is a common complaint at thislocation. Read more
